Request absences

Leave
Record leave requests. To assist with the approval procedure, the current remaining leave and the remaining leave after approval at the end of the year are displayed.
Day off
Record requests for (additional) days off. To support the approval procedure, the current time account is also displayed.
Sickness notifications and other absences
First notification of an absence due to illness – independent of the actual certificate of incapacity for work.
Cancellation of an already approved application
For applications that have already been approved, you can optionally request cancellation. This is ideal for situations such as the postponement of holidays.

Review and approve in 1, 2 or 3 stages
Requests can be accepted either automatically (without approval), with approval or only after additional approval by an additional supervisor.
Additional information for further supervisors
If required, applications and approvals can also be sent to further parties (supervisors, HR department, etc.) who are not directly involved in the approval process.
Substitution provision in case the responsible approver is absent
In the event that the responsible approver is absent, a substitution rule can be stored in the system. The substitution rule can come into effect for a pre-specified period of time or automatically if there is a reason for absence.
