With Mobile Time Corrections, employees can request corrections via a digital workflow. Corrections can include, for instance, forgotten bookings, breaks not taken and operationally required working times outside the scheduled time.

The major advantage of Mobile Time Corrections is the significant time saving component for HR. This is because instead of being handwritten on slips of paper or forms, the correction requests are recorded digitally by the employees themselves or their team leaders.

After digital verification and approval by the team leaders, the data is automatically transferred to the time management system. This eliminates the need for manual data entry by HR.

Record forgotten bookings
Retrospectively record forgotten bookings (coming/going)
Correct wrong booking sequences
Correct bookings that were entered in the wrong order, e.g. going instead of coming.
Credit breaks that were not taken
Apply for credit for break times that could not be taken for operational reasons.
Apply for early arrival/late departure
Credit deployment times that started or ended earlier or later than originally planned for operational reasons.

Approve corrections

Review and approve in 1, 2 or 3 stages
Requests can either be accepted automatically (without approval), with approval or only after additional approval by another supervisor.
Additional information for additional supervisors
If required, applications and approvals can also be sent to further parties (supervisors, HR department, etc.) who are not directly involved in the approval process.
Substitution provision in case the responsible approver is absent
In the event that the responsible approver is absent, a substitution rule can be stored in the system. The substitution rule can come into effect for a pre-specified period of time or automatically if there is a reason for absence.
