Hotline Consultant (m/f/d)
As Hotline Consultant (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers and take mainly functional but also technical enquiries about our products. You support and advise users on how to implement the solution. For more in-depth enquiries, you are the link to our development department, which supports you in providing solutions.
Supporter for system integration (m/f/d)
As a System Integration Supporter (m/f/d), you will install our software solutions, put them into operation and install updates, both in the SEAK data centre and to support our customers in the rollout and maintenance of our products in their system environments. You monitor the IT infrastructure and support the continuous, secure and reliable operation of the SEAK CLOUD SOLUTIONS.
